Our private training program at The Weight House is all about meeting your needs with customized, expert guidance. Every session is thoughtfully scheduled and planned to align with your goals, but our approach is also flexible – whether you’re managing an injury, need to modify a movement, or have specific areas to avoid, we adapt instantly to ensure every workout is safe, effective, and tailored to you.

In addition to personalized workouts, our private training includes diet planning to fuel your goals and actionable advice for staying on track outside the gym. With our expert trainers by your side, you'll have all the tools and support needed to succeed, both inside and outside The Weight House.

How long are the sessions?

Our personal training sessions are 30 minutes of focused, goal-specific exercises. After the session, you’re welcome to use extra time for stretching or cardio equipment if needed.

Do I need to have a membership?

No, some of my clients do have memberships and come on their own in-between our scheduled sessions, but it's not required.

What days and times are available?
