In addition to personalized workouts, our private training includes diet planning to fuel your goals and actionable advice for staying on track outside the gym. With our expert trainers by your side, you'll have all the tools and support needed to succeed, both inside and outside The Weight House.

Our personal training sessions are 30 minutes of focused, goal-specific exercises. After the session, you’re welcome to use extra time for stretching or cardio equipment if needed.
No, some of my clients do have memberships and come on their own in-between our scheduled sessions, but it's not required.
